You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

3-Day Right of Rescission: You may cancel your services and membership with Royalty Financial Alliance within 3 days of the date of your enrollment and receive a full refund! Any cancellations received after the 3-day time frame previously mentioned will not be entitled to any refund! Cancellation requests will not be accepted by our staff via phone or chat and refunds will not be issued on any requests, after your 3-day right of rescission. All cancellations/refund requests must be sent to the email address in your customer portal and must come from the email address that is associated with your account. The reason we require this is to confirm that you are the actual party requesting this action, to avoid fraudulent cancellation requests and for our staff to quickly review your account, using your email as the unique identifier in our system.

All of your Content (text and files) will be immediately deleted from RFA upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled.

If you cancel with RFA before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for all charges you have previously incurred.

RFA will not continue to provide service to customers who file chargebacks.

RFA, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of RFA, or any other RFA service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. RFA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
